familiar with pan dulce as i am.
this is what it looks like on the inside.

it's a soft bread,
slightly sweet,
with a simple crumb topping,
not unlike a struesel,
but not as crumbly.

it was a co-worker's birthday
so we made a girl's night of it.

than the others.
must be the redneck in me. :)

anyhow, it was fun to see everyone
out of work,
fun to get out late,
and come home even later.
but i'm too old to do that again
without alcohol!!

we finally finished painting downstairs.

i wasn't finished with all that i needed to do
before my summer began!!
