ok fine.

so i guess you guys aren't as
familiar with pan dulce as i am.
this is what it looks like on the inside.

it's a soft bread,
slightly sweet,
with a simple crumb topping,
not unlike a struesel,
but not as crumbly.
in a word:

oh, and reason number two
to smile this week?
i found me a persimmon,

and it was just as sweet as can be.

very YUMMMMM!!! Bread freak here...really my ass would be pocket size if i didn't love me my bread so much. :D

I've never had a persimmon... haven't even seen them in the stores up it like a sweet tomato?

i love bread!!
a persimmon is the texture of a tomato
but sweet, and the skin is a bit thicker.
